Welcome to Nicole Victoria Consulting Inc., operating as No Budget Babe. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, programs, and services. By enrolling in any program or accessing our content, you agree to be bound by the following terms in full.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Educational Purpose Only

The content and coaching provided in our programs are designed to educate, empower, and support you in making informed financial decisions. Nicole Victoria shares insights, strategies, and personal experiences that are intended to teach—not to replace personalized professional advice.

Nicole is not a licensed financial advisor, accountant, therapist, or lawyer, and any examples or suggestions offered are for educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who is familiar with your individual situation.

While some members of our team (such as licensed therapists) contribute to our programming—like the Mindset Mastermind calls—their role is educational, not clinical or diagnostic. These sessions are designed to support mindset growth, not to provide therapy or treatment.

As with any educational program, your results will depend on your own circumstances, effort, and commitment. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, but we’re here to guide and support you along the way.

2. Payment Policy

By enrolling, you agree to pay the full amount selected at checkout.

  • These are installment plans, not subscriptions.

  • Payments are automatically charged every 30 days.

  • Missed or declined payments may result in late fees, collections, or termination of access.

đź’° Fees:

  • $35 USD NSF fee for failed payments.

  • 5% monthly late fee after 30 days of non-payment.

  • After two missed payments, your full balance may be due within 5 business days.

All payments must be completed even if you choose not to participate in the program.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our programs, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

  • A change of mind
  • Personal financial circumstances
  • Lack of participation
  • Not completing the program


All deposits are non-refundable. By enrolling, you agree to complete your payment plan in full, regardless of your level of participation or satisfaction.

We understand that life happens, and while we cannot offer refunds, we are committed to supporting our students. If you experience unforeseen hardship, please reach out to our support team to explore options that may be available to you.

4. Disputes & Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute via your financial institution. Doing so violates these Terms and your signed contract.

If a dispute is filed:

  • We will provide your signed agreement, program access logs, and payment proof.

  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action, collection fees, and an additional $250 USD administrative fee.

Fraudulent disputes will be reported to your financial institution.

5. Access & Availability

"Lifetime access" refers to the duration our content is hosted on the Kajabi platform. We reserve the right to migrate platforms at any time.

Access may be revoked for:

  • Non-payment

  • Sharing materials

  • Violating community guidelines

  • Disruptive behavior

6. No Pause or Transfer Policy

Enrollment cannot be paused, transferred, or deferred. You are responsible for completing the program within the timeframe provided.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials are copyrighted and the sole property of Nicole Victoria Consulting Inc.

You may not:

  • Share or distribute program materials

  • Reproduce or sell our content

  • Post content publicly or in other forums

Violations may result in immediate termination and legal action.

8. Behavior & Respect Policy

We reserve the right to remove you from any program, group, or event without refund if you:

  • Disrespect our team or clients

  • Harass, bully, or discriminate

  • Share content without permission

We foster a safe, supportive learning environment and appreciate your cooperation.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Service interruptions

  • Platform outages (e.g., Stripe, Kajabi)

  • Lost income or data

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Use our services at your own risk.

10. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Any disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration. The maximum remedy is a refund of payments made — no punitive or non-compensatory damages are permitted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any updates.

 12. Policy Statement 

No Budget Babe Inc. provides educational content and coaching based on Nicole’s personal experience, independent research, and publicly available data. We do not provide personalized financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Our content is designed to help students understand their options—not to tell them exactly what to do. Everything we share is meant to empower clients to ask better questions, feel confident having conversations with professionals, and actually understand what’s going on with their money—so they can stop feeling left in the dark and start taking control.

While some students have been able to write off the cost of our programs (especially if they’re business owners or using it for continuing education), that depends entirely on their individual circumstances. Only a licensed tax professional can tell them what’s appropriate for their situation.

13. Acknowledgment of Digital Product Delivery

By purchasing any digital product from Nicole Victoria Consulting Inc, you acknowledge and agree that the product is delivered in a digital format, accessible exclusively via your unique login credentials, which you are required to create at the time of purchase. No physical product will be shipped or delivered to you.

 

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirming your purchase and instructions on how to access your account where the digital product is available. The act of logging into your account and accessing the digital product constitutes full delivery of the purchased product.

14. Login Responsibility and Access

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the login credentials (email and password) you provide during the purchase process are correct and secure. Access to the digital product is available only through these credentials. If you are unable to access the product, it is your responsibility to contact our support team for assistance in resetting your password or resolving any access issues.

 

Please note that failure to access the product due to incorrect credentials, loss of credentials, or failure to contact support for assistance does not constitute non-delivery of the product.
